	1997 -1998	Total Reconstruction of apartment buildings and appurtenant structures damaged during the 1994 Northridge earthquake.
	1994 -1996	4.5 million dollar Remedial Reconstruction Project - Restored 61 condominiums severely damaged in 1994 Northridge earthquake. Prime contractor w/152 employees. Additionally remedially addressed approximately 45 commercial and residential structures earthquake damaged during this period, with remodeling of commercial structures for tenant improvements included in some projects. Designs for remodeling and remedial reconstruction were created using graphic design for many of these.
	1993	Developer - Designed and constructed single-family residences in prime location San Fernando Valley, CA.
	1991 - 1993	Residential Additions - Hillside construction specialization requiring extensive in-ground stabilizations and engineering background.
	1983 - 1992	Design and construction of tenant improvements for commercial structures, remedial reconstruction of severely damaged commercial structures, remedial redesign and reconstruction of a convalescent hospital, and design and construction of a fast food and conventional dining restaurants.
